Impossibly Easy Triple Cheese Pie

Ingredients

1/2
cup small curd creamed cottage cheese
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
1/2
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
1/2
cup chopped green bell pepper, if desired
1/2
cup Original Bisquick® mix
1
cup milk
2
eggs
1/2
cup French-fried onions

Directions

  • 1Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Stir together cheeses and bell pepper; spread in pie plate.
  • 2Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate; sprinkle with onions.
  • 3Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
